It falls into the category of Energy Psychology and was developed in the late 1980s by Gary Craig who felt there had to be a better option to just the talking therapies that were available at the time. Matrix Re-Imprinting

Matrix re-imprinting is similar to EFT Tapping where finger tapping on meridian endpoints around the body to remove the emotional intensity of a past memory within our bodies matrix. However, matrix re-imprinting takes the next step towards transforming that negative memory within the subconscious mind and reprogramming it to create positive experiences and therefore changes the state of the body by releasing stress and trauma we have been holding in our body-mind from these negative memories and enables you to attract more positive experiences in your life.

Meditation is a variety of different breathing and relaxation techniques to help you relax the body and calm the mind to find inner-peace and harmony. Because the mind and body are closely related, when the monkey chatter stops in your head, it stills the mind and then the body can begin to relax.
